Job summary

Planned, a Montreal-based event management platform, is seeking a Recruiter to grow into an end-to-end talent partner and help us hire across functions.

You will support roles across product, go-to-market, operations, and finance, source top candidates with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools, screen for fit, coordinate interviews, and ensure a thoughtful candidate experience while maintaining accurate ATS data. Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment for roles across all department (product, go-to-market, operations, finance, etc)
• Source and identify high-potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and creative outbound approaches
• Screen candidates and help assess skills, motivation, and culture fit
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, thoughtful candidate experience
• Maintain accurate data in our ATS and help keep our hiring process organized and efficient
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and what “great” looks like
• Learn how to evaluate talent at a high bar — not just fill roles

We’re looking for a Recruiter who is excited to learn the craft of hiring from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, proactive, highly organized, and motivated to grow into a strong end-to-end recruiter over time.

• Someone early in their career, eager to learn and make an impact
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in following through

• Committed to high-quality work and continuous learning and improvement

Nice to Have (not required)

• Exposure to startups, tech, or SaaS (internships, co-ops, student roles, etc.)
