Job summary

Marketsupport Canada is seeking a Recruiter on a temporary eight-week contract to manage full-cycle recruitment for brand ambassador and retail merchandising roles across Canada. The position is hybrid in Mississauga, ON, offering up to 30 hours per week at $23.00-$25.00 per hour, with immediate start.

The recruiter will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team to hit hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset.
• Experience recruiting for retail or merchandising roles is an asset.
• Comfortable conducting interviews using Zoom.
• Experience sourcing candidates through Indeed and other job boards.
• Experience using a TAM (ATS); familiarity with Zoho Sign is an asset.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
• Available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct telephone and Zoom interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and extend employment offers.
• Complete onboarding activities, including employment documentation and new hire communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to meet hiring targets and recruitment timelines.
• Deliver a professional, positive, and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
