Reporting to the Recreational Therapist, the Recreation Aide will assist in planning, implementing, and evaluating recreation and leisure programs to meet residents' physical, social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and cultural needs. The role involves working collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote resident participation and support recreation programming.
