Position Summary:

The position of Health Care Aide Educational Assistant will commit to incorporate our mission, vision, and our values, which are Compassion, Collaboration, Respect, Social Justice, Integrity and Stewardship, and uphold our ethical traditions as foundational aspects in all actions and decision-making.
Reporting to the Recreational Therapist, the Recreation Aide will assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreation and leisure programs to meet the physical, social, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and cultural needs and interests of the residents. The Recreation Aide works collaboratively with the healthcare team to promote resident awareness and participation in programs and opportunities and support recreation & leisure programming for the residents.
