You will manage centralized customer service, recreation systems, and facility scheduling while driving efficiency and improved customer experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, policy development, and data-driven decision-making to support long-term financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Business Admin, Public Admin, Recreation Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in recreation, business ops, systems management, or service delivery.
• Experience supervising staff and leading teams.
