Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Receptionist for BMW Aurora on a part-time basis. The role involves greeting customers, handling calls, processing licensing and administration, and supporting dealership trade and general tasks.

The successful candidate will maintain a professional, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Two years of reception experience and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of reception experience or equivalent
• Excellent telephone and written communication skills
• Pleasant, friendly demeanor; professionalism under pressure
• Ability to work in a busy dealership environment and meet deadlines
• Licensing experience or familiarity with dealership processes preferred

Responsibilities

• Handle telephone communications and reception duties
• Greet customers visiting the showroom and determine visit purpose
• Manage vehicle licensing and related administrative tasks
• Support dealer trade activities and prepare information for pickup and receipts/payments
• Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

Receptionist - Part Time at BMW Aurora

Pay Rate: $18-$19/Hour

Responsibilities

• Telephone communications and reception
• Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit
• Vehicle licensing and administration
• Participate in dealer trade; prepare information for pick-up and collect receipts/payments
• Participate in administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Demonstrated excellent telephone demeanor and ability to accurately record messages and information
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated pleasant, friendly manner
• Organizational ability and attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
• Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
• Two (2) years of reception experience, or equivalent
• Dealership experience preferred
• One-Eighty or customer relationship management system experience preferred
• Must be available Monday to Friday with Saturday shifts as needed
• Licensing experience required
