Qualifications

Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 annually + discretionary bonus + comprehensive benefits

The Opportunity

As the Receptionist, you will be the face of Ninepoint Partners, ensuring every client, guest, and employee receives a warm, professional, and seamless experience. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of the reception area while supporting office administration and helping maintain the exceptional standard our clients and employees expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, business partners, and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Manage the reception area to ensure it reflects the high standards of Ninepoint Partners.
• Coordinate meeting rooms, prepare boardrooms for meetings, and assist with hospitality arrangements.
• Receive and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries.
• Coordinate outgoing courier services and office logistics.
• Maintain inventory of office, kitchen, and meeting room supplies.
• Assist with the coordination of internal meetings, employee events, and client functions.
• Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
• Liaise with building management, vendors, and service providers.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Support special projects and contribute to creating an exceptional workplace experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a receptionist, executive support, hospitality, or customer service role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of attention to detail and discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
