Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in the hotel industry, in a similar position
• Fidelio Opera “Front Office and Cashiering functions” or Ïnfor” an advantage
• Prior night audit experience an advantage
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Basic mathematics and accounting knowledge essential
• Display a high level of emotional intelligence
• Customer orientation, professional charm and sophistication is an advantage
• Presentable
• Ability to capture, interpret and interrogate data
