Queen King Dental in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a Dental Receptionist & Hygiene Coordinator to join our independent practice. You will manage front desk operations, coordinate hygiene and treatment scheduling, and engage with patients to ensure smooth visits.
The ideal candidate has dental office experience, strong communication, and Dentrix proficiency, with a focus on patient care and efficient practice flow.
Looking for a dental office that does things a little differently?
Queen King Dental is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist & Hygiene Coordinator to join our team.
We’re a busy, established, independently owned Hamilton dental practice, not a corporate chain — with a great team, a beautiful office and a strong belief that going to the dentist doesn't have to feel like going to the dentist.
Make every visit easy, comfortable and even enjoyable — so patients leave feeling better than when they walked in.
We’re looking for someone who believes in that too.
You know the dental world. You understand how important the front desk is to the success of a practice and you're comfortable taking ownership of the schedule rather than simply answering the phone.
You’re warm, organized and confident. You communicate well, listen even better and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone to reconnect with patients, fill openings and help people move forward with recommended treatment.
Experience with Dentrix, dental insurance and treatment coordination will put you at the top of our list.
We're proud to be an independent, family-centered dental practice with a long history in Hamilton and a team that genuinely cares about both our patients and one another.
We continue to invest in new technology, training and ways to make dentistry more comfortable for our patients. We also believe work should have some personality, we're serious about providing excellent dentistry but we don't believe the workplace has to feel overly serious.
If you're an experienced dental professional who enjoys people, likes being part of a strong team and takes pride in keeping a busy practice running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.
Full-time.
