Reporting to on-site Management, the Receptionist will handle all incoming calls, greet visitors, and respond professionally to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally;
  • Redirect calls and take messages as needed;
  • Greet, assist, and direct visitors;
  • Manage internal and external mail;
  • Prepare packages and coordinate courier pickups;
  • Manage meeting room schedules and bookings;
  • Update contact lists;
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area;
  • Assist with administrative projects as needed;
  • Perform other duties as assigned;
  • Uphold the organization’s values related to ethics, morality, and integrity.
Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
  • Reception experience is an asset;
  • Professional telephone manner;
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).
