Reporting to the Meeting & Conference Services Team Lead, this role serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, recruits and business partners, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional front-of-house experience. The successful candidate will manage the day-to-day reception function, respond to client and visitor needs with professionalism and sound judgment, and help ensure the Firm’s service standards are reflected in every interaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to remain composed and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment. This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires a full-time on-site presence in the Toronto office five days per week. Core hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; however, reception services operate between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and are supported by a two-person team. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to adjust their schedule periodically to provide coverage during planned and unplanned absences. Occasional overtime may be required to support operational and business needs.

The salary bands provided reflect the typical range for this role in the region indicated. We recognize that each candidate brings a unique set of experiences and skills, and final compensation will be thoughtfully determined based on individual qualifications and current market factors.
