Our valued client is seeking a Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic and fast-paced team in NW Calgary. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to contribute to a collaborative and professional office environment.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, excelling at building connections and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Strong organizational abilities, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential for managing administrative responsibilities efficiently.

This temporary role starts on April 7th and runs until approximately May 30th. The successful candidate must be available for the full contract duration.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Management: Answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Administrative Support: Providing assistance to real estate agents, including document handling, scheduling, and general administrative tasks.
  • Email & Correspondence: Responding to emails promptly and professionally.
  • Office Operations: Opening and closing the office daily, ensuring it remains organized and fully operational.
  • Data Entry & Document Management: Maintaining records, filing, scanning, and managing paperwork efficiently.
  • Office Supply Management: Tracking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Financial & Key Management: Handling deposits, processing key releases when required.

Experience:

  • Previous administrative experience is required.
  • Experience in real estate or a similar industry is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Suite (including Microsoft Publisher) is required.
  • Experience with Lonewolf and Skyslope is an asset.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Supportive, personable, and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently while being a strong team player.

Base Salary: $17 – $19 per hour

  • Salary is based on experience.

Work Hours:

  • 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Monday to Friday

Additional Notes:

  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
