Job summary

Conexus Credit Union is seeking a temporary full-time Member Advisor to join our Kindersley, SK branch. You will be the first point of contact for members, assisting with services and guiding them to solutions they may not yet be aware of.

You will support in-person, digital, and phone interactions. The role offers training for those without banking experience and emphasizes customer service in retail, hospitality, or financial services.

Qualifications

The bigger picture

We’re looking for an agile member-service ambassador to come on board as a temporary full-time Member Advisor working on-site at our Kindersley, SK branch. this opportunity commences immediate and terminates on December 31, 2027.

In this role, you will be one of the first people our members encounter at the branch. You will help them with whatever they are looking for or guide them to identify services and solutions they may not yet be aware of. Our Member Advisors serve our members through various channels: in person, digitally or by phone.

Don’t have banking experience? Not to worry; we have a great training program! This is an excellent opportunity for the customer service focused professional who has experience in retail, hospitality, or financial services.

Salary Range

$45,820 - $57,275 with a 5% Short Term Incentive Target
