Job summary

STEMCELL Technologies is seeking a receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Greater Vancouver locations. You will provide logistical and administrative support, greeting visitors and handling calls and emails.

Two vacancies exist at the Vancouver headquarters and Burnaby campus. Responsibilities include managing badges, parking passes, office supplies, mail, and coordinating deliveries; assist facilities with service requests in JIRA and new-hire setup.

Qualifications

• Post Secondary Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in reception, administrative support, and/or customer service required.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Google Workspace and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

Burnaby Campus: 2700 Production Way, 7am – 3pm

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

$47,300.00 – $62,700.00

STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy. In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
