Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with SAP and ACE Systems is asset.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management processes and master data.
  • Ability to extract, analyze, and synthesize data into reports and insights.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute inventory transactions, maintain critical records, and troubleshoot SAP issues.

Job Description Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Distribution Operations Analyst I, who can think critically about operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and overall business performance. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze operational data, support inventory and quality management activities, resolve system issues, and drive process improvements. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to key operational initiatives, influence business decisions through data-driven insights, and play an integral role in supporting organizational success.

Job Description Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare, analyze, and present key operational metrics and performance reports to monitor departmental performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Execute inventory transactions, maintain critical operational records, and independently troubleshoot complex SAP issues, error queues, and workflow bottlenecks to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts, document outcomes, and support process optimization projects to enhance system functionality and operational efficiency
  • Lead inventory discrepancy investigations and manage quality non-conformance records, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance and timely resolution
  • Perform master data maintenance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, support operational plans, and drive process improvements across the organization
Knowledge and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with SAP and ACE Systems is considered an asset
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management processes, system transactions and master data
  • Proven ability to extract, analyze, and synthesize operational data into meaningful reports, performance metrics, and actionable business insights
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience supporting process improvements, system enhancements, and UAT activities

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary for this job ranges from: $72,700.00 - $98,300.00. STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy.

In addition to base salary, STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits, retirement savings, and more.
