About the Role

As a CBRE Receptionist, you are the first point of contact and the face of the workplace experience. You play a vital role in creating a professional, welcoming, and seamless environment for clients, visitors, and employees alike. Your presence sets the tone for exceptional service and smooth interactions.

What You’ll Do
  • Receive and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.
  • Greet clients, applicants, and visitors upon arrival, issue visitor passes, validate parking, and follow security protocols.
  • Schedule, prepare, and set up meeting and conference rooms, place catering orders, and secure technological equipment.
  • Coordinate building and housekeeping services as needed.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including distributing office faxes and packages, and ordering office supplies.
  • Track incoming and outgoing packages, mail, and freight; arrange messenger service and hospitality services for guests such as transportation, tickets, reservations, etc.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems within limited discretion.
  • Follow defined procedures and processes under close supervision to deliver outputs.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job‑related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills, including calculating simple percentages, discounts, and markups.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this Receptionist position is between $54,000 and $60,000 annually. Benefits include Group Retirement Program, Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, Life Insurance, and more.
