Job summary

PAG Direct at Thornhill Hyundai is seeking a full-time Receptionist to create a positive first impression and professionally welcome guests. The role involves greeting customers, securing basic information, and coordinating with the sales team in a fast-paced automotive environment.

You will maintain rotation schedules, track attendance for sales staff, and handle license documentation for deliveries and transfers. Training and supportive team environment provided.

• Friendly, efficient and courteous telephone manner.
• Universal understanding of dealership and department operations.
• Exceptional customer service track record.
• Previous Receptionist experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Tekion/Reynolds and Reynolds experience is an asset.
• Automotive experience is an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Creating a strong, positive first impression of the dealership by presenting a professional appearance and an efficient, cordial, business-like presence
• Greeting every customer entering the showroom and secure basic information
• Maintaining a customer rotation schedule and introduce every customer to a sales representative according to the rotation schedule
• Maintaining attendance records for sales representatives
• License all new and used retail & wholesale deliveries, and lease buyouts and transfers

Compensation:

• $19.00 / hour
