Primary Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and text messages, and direct clients to the right person or department
  
• Greet walk-in visitors and guide them to the appropriate team member
  
• Process client payments and help with basic cash handling and deposits
  
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and courier deliveries
  
• Keep the reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming
  
• Follow all company health and safety policies
  
• Support other tasks as needed
  
  
  
  

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
