Basic duties include engaging with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on kitchen and gardening tools used in homes. The position offers a competitive base pay (paid weekly) that is not dependent on sales results, with potential incentives based on performance. No prior experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

Compensation

Reps are paid $25.25 per appointment as a base (not sales-dependent) or can opt for a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, with a reliable fallback income even during off weeks.

Training and Career Growth

With over 40 years of experience training successful salespeople, we emphasize skill development such as sales, networking, and communication—valuable in any career. Long-term reps can advance into management or professional sales roles.

Work Schedule and Environment

We support flexible scheduling to suit individual needs, whether working full-time, part-time, or around other commitments. Most training and meetings are held in our office, with subsequent work from home and local opportunities after training.
