We are hiring a Receptionist to join our BrokerLink team at our South Pointe office in Edmonton, AB, on a permanent full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer multiple phone lines and direct inquiries
  • Manage walk-in customers and callers
  • Provide superior customer service to meet client needs
  • Process payments, handle bank deposits, petty cash, and account coding
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, faxes, and couriers
  • Keep EPIC system and company portals updated
  • Assist the Office Service Manager with regional projects
  • Handle reception and facilities duties, with potential to transition into a broker role
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary education
  • 2-5 years of office experience
  • Strong technical skills, including MS Office and keyboarding
  • Willing to obtain AIC License Level I within 6 months
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Experience with Epic is an asset
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Previous experience in brokerage or insurance industry is preferred
  • Ability to pass criminal background and credit checks
