What does the part-time position involve?

Basic responsibilities include working with customers, explaining our American-made Cutco products, and processing orders. Our products focus on the home, especially in the kitchen and gardening tools. The position offers a competitive starting base pay (paid weekly) that isn't dependent on sales or results, although performance incentives are available. No prior experience is needed; we provide comprehensive training for success.

Reps are paid a $25.25 base per appointment (not based on sales) or can choose a performance-based commission structure. There is potential to earn more, but a guaranteed income fallback exists even during off weeks.

With over 40 years of training success, we help individuals develop sales, networking, and communication skills applicable in any field, regardless of whether they stay long-term.

Long-term reps can pursue various career paths, including management and professional sales roles.

We assist our reps in creating flexible schedules that suit their needs—whether working full-time, part-time, or earning extra income around other commitments like classes, jobs, or family obligations. Contact the manager to learn about our summer work program.

Sales reps work from home and locally after training, with most meetings and training sessions held in the office.
