Warehousing & Distribution. seeks a Receiving Warehouse Associate to support a growing team and long-term success.

The role requires high organization, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with processing, picking, packing, and receiving duties on site. Ideal candidates will be comfortable using a hand truck and pallet jack, proficient with computer tools, and able to work Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with a willingness to undergo a background check.

Qualifications

• Secondary/High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience operating hand truck and pallet jack is preferred.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Criminal background check will be completed.

Responsabilités

• Follow standardized procedures and policies.
• Process, package and ship orders per order sheet.
• Pick items with high accuracy.
• Pack and wrap items with labels for safe transport.
• Ensure packaging meets company guidelines and product integrity.
• Receive products from couriers/vendors and verify counts against invoices.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance to keep areas tidy.

We are looking for an amazingReceiving Warehouse Associateto support our growing team and companylong term.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a HIGHLY organized, detail oriented individual to add to our Warehouse team.

Responsibilities:

• Following standardized procedures and policies
• Processing, packaging and shipping orders/ quantities as per order sheet specifications
• Picking items as required with HIGH level of accuracy
• Packing and wrapping picked items to ensure that they remain safe during the transit period, and affixing provided labels on them
• Ensuring all packaging meets company guidelines
• Ensuring the quality of product isn’t compromised when it leaves the warehouse and while it is being transported to place of delivery
• Receiving products delivered in boxes and shipments from various couriers & vendors
• Unboxing and ensuring counts, models/ versions/SKUs are exact matches to the invoice and packing slips.
• Performing cleaning and maintenance work on assigned warehouse areas to ensure that they remain tidy, and functional at all times
• Ensuring the timely and proper completion of warehouse processes as per guidelines

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

• Secondary/High School Diploma

PREFERRED PREREQUISITES:

Knowledge of Common warehouse procedures
Ability to operate a hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
Highly comfortable/proficient on the computer & communication tools
Able to lift up to 50lbs and on occasion more than that
HIGH level of Attention to detail
HIGH level of Organization
Dependable Hardworking & Trustworthy
Able to work with little or no supervision
Criminal background check will be completed.
