Job summary

The Home Depot in Laval, QC is seeking a Receiving Associate to unload freight, verify quantities, and enter data into our receiving system. You will work with forklift equipment and ensure accurate documentation for inbound shipments.

Responsibilities include stocking merchandise, maintaining in-stock levels, and assisting customers while collaborating with the Fulfillment Team to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year receiving experience.
• Licensed to use powered lift equipment is required.
• Ability to learn and follow procedures.
• Must be able to use store systems/tools to identify product, article and vendor information.

Responsibilities

• Unload merchandise from carriers and assist with freight management.
• Record incoming merchandise and verify against purchase orders.
• Stock merchandise onto shelves and maintain in-stock levels.
• Assist customers and communicate needs to Fulfillment Team.
