The Home Depot in Burnaby is hiring a Receiving Associate to unload freight, verify shipments, and enter data into the stores’ systems. You will stock merchandise, build end caps, and support customer needs with efficient, accurate service.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, operating powered lift equipment, and coordinating with Fulfillment and Receiving teams to ensure 100% in-stock levels and smooth deliveries.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year receiving experience.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items and operate powered lift equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving Merchandise: follow carrier unload processes, verify documents and enter data into the receiving system.
• Handling Merchandise: stock shelves, maintain safety, build end caps, and keep the area clean.
• Determining and Meeting Customers Needs: greet customers, assess knowledge level, ask open-ended questions to guide them to solutions.
