A leading home improvement retailer is looking for a Receiving Associate in Canada, New Brunswick. This role involves unloading merchandise, ensuring accurate receipt and quality control, and providing excellent customer service. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and possess a minimum of one year of receiving experience. Previous forklift experience is an asset. The position requires active communication with customers and other team members to maintain operational standards and stock levels.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year receiving experience.
• Previous forklift experience considered an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Unload merchandise from carriers and check quantity and quality.
• Follow receiving standards and maintain the receiving area.
• Identify and read vendor packing slips to ensure accuracy.
• Approach customers and ask open-ended questions to assess needs.
