Job summary

Kent Building Supplies Inc. is hiring for a Receiver/Receiver in Fredericton to load, unload, sort, and move shipments. You will verify, count, and input goods into D365 and manage related documentation, supporting a fast-paced warehouse team across Atlantic Canada.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and physical stamina. Prior warehouse experience and RF scanning knowledge are assets; forklift operation is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Good organizational and planning abilities.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual material handling.

• Proficient with shipping software or related systems is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily workload and collaborate with warehouse supervisor and team.
• Handle receiving/shipping/picking/packing/inventory checks for quality control.
• Prioritize material to fill and process orders.
• Maintain picking accuracy and ensure complete shipments to customers.
• Monitor daily inventory levels and handle documentation.
• Operate forklift and pump truck safely when required.
• Meet customer delivery dates and assemble orders.
