Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Receiving Associate to unload merchandise, verify incoming goods, and stock shelves while following safety procedures. You will use store systems to record receipts and prepare goods for distribution within the showroom and backroom areas.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma and at least 1 year of receiving experience; forklift experience is a plus and a willingness to learn and follow procedures is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year receiving experience.
• Previous forklift experience considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Unloading merchandise using designated equipment.
• Receiving merchandise and verifying quantity/quality against documents.
• Stocking merchandise onto shelves and maintaining safe, organized areas.
• Communicating with Freight Team to ensure proper stocking and-inventory accuracy.
