Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Freight Team Associate to stock merchandise, organize the sales floor, and provide customer service. This role may operate reach trucks, forklifts and order pickers to move goods to the floor.

Responsibilities include packing orders, labeling, maintaining safe aisles, and following safety policies. A Highschool Diploma or equivalent is required, with 1–2 years in retail or distribution considered an asset. Shifts may include overnights, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years retail or distribution experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of operating reach trucks, forklifts and order picker machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stocking merchandise onto shelves to achieve 100% in stock.
• Packing-out and packing-down merchandise as directed.
• Merchandising new items and promotions.
• Maintaining aisle cleanliness and shoppability, ensuring accessibility.
