Purity Life Health Products LP is seeking a Warehouse Receiver for our Acton Distribution Centre. The role operates from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and is a replacement position. You will verify incoming products, record details, and ensure GMP-compliant receiving practices.

Responsibilities include unpacking shipments, inspecting items, routing goods, and moving pallets with a reach truck or hand truck, while maintaining warehouse housekeeping and accurate counts.

Qualifications

• Verifies and records incoming product against bills of lading, invoices, or orders.
• Lifts, packs, and handles heavy objects using proper techniques.
• Maintains GMP-compliant receiving records and housekeeping.

Responsabilités

• Verify and record incoming product accurately.
• Compare items to documentation and counts; inspect for damage.
• Unpack shipments and reject damaged items; note shortages.
• Receive according to GMP standards.
• Route items to correct departments.
• Operate reach truck or hand truck to move shipments.
• Conduct stock counts when needed; maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Meet production, accuracy and quality standards.

Pay Rate: $21.95-$22.95

This is a replacement position

RECEIVER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Include The Following

• Verifies and keeps records on incoming product.
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages.
• Receives according to GMP standards
• Utilize proper techniques for lifting, packing, and handling heavy objects, proper cutting techniques, reaching and pushing/pulling
• Route items to proper departments.
• Operates reach truck or uses hand-truck to move shipments from shipping and receiving area to storage or work area.
• Perform stock counts as necessary
• Maintain proper housekeeping of warehouse area
• Consistently meet minimum required production, accuracy or quality standards for work performed
