Job summary

Purity Life Health Products LP is seeking a Warehouse Receiver for the Acton Distribution Centre. The role runs 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and is a replacement position. You will verify incoming product, record details, unpack, inspect, and route items within GMP standards.

Ideal candidates have warehouse receiving experience, can operate reach or hand trucks, and maintain accurate stock while keeping the area tidy and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse receiving or shipping preferred.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy items.

Responsibilities

• Verifies and records incoming product against BOLs and invoices.
• Unpacks, inspects, and records shortages; rejects damaged items.
• Receives per GMP standards and uses forklift or hand-truck to move goods.
• Keeps warehouse clean and organized; routes items to proper departments.
• Counts stock as needed and meets accuracy targets.

Location: Acton Distribution Centre

Pay Rate: $21.95-$22.95

This is a replacement position

RECEIVER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

• Verifies and keeps records on incoming product.
• Compares identifying information and counts, weighs, or measures items of incoming to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
• Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages.
• Receives according to GMP standards
• Utilize proper techniques for lifting, packing, and handling heavy objects,proper cutting techniques, reaching and pushing/pulling
• Route items to proper departments.
• Operates reach truck or uses hand-truck to move shipments from shipping and receiving area to storage or work area.
• Perform stock counts as necessary
• Maintain proper housekeeping of warehouse area
• Consistently meet minimum required production, accuracy or quality standards for work performed
