Millcroft Inn & Spa is seeking a Receiver to join our growing team. This is a role that ensures goods received match the purchase order in quantity and quality and requires you to move items to the correct distribution locations across departments.

You’ll work closely with Purchasing, Accounts Payable and Kitchen, inspecting shipments, putting away inventory, rotating stock, and completing paperwork using our computerized system.

Formación

• Grade 12 or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred.
• Good computer skills required.
• Health and safety training required.

Responsabilidades

• Move goods to correct locations for distribution to various departments.
• Inspect shipments for quality and specifications; arrange inspection if not to spec.
• Maintain a back-order file and follow up on supplies not yet received.
• Print purchase orders for daily arrivals.
• Maintain and clean storage areas.
• Have knowledge of the hotel’s products and services.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
