As a Compass ELC Site Lead, you will work as a Registered Early Childhood Educator alongside some of the industry's most passionate, caring, and dedicated educators. This role will be floating amongst our 11 City and County of Peterborough School Age Programs:
Some accountabilities associated with the role include:
Location will change within the 11 Peterborough School Age programs based on needs. This role will work 35 hours per week. 25 of these hours will be in the program from 7am to 9am and 3pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday. The additional 10 hours per week you will be expected to work in our administration office for administrative tasks, documentation, and pedagogy. This role will have full‑time hours during PA days, March break, Summer camp, and Winter break.
