Job summary

Rogers is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to investigate root causes, analyze logs, and debug complex systems. You will plan and implement OS and application-level configuration changes and participate in CI/CD workflows to upgrade Real-time Rating systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering with 2 years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of RHEL/Unix Sys Admin Level 3.
• Working knowledge of IP technology.
• Working knowledge of VMware and ability to troubleshoot quickly and independently.
• Ability to automate systems administration tasks.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, test and upgrade Real-time Rating systems using modern methodologies like CI/CD.
• Drive changes to make systems more reliable and maintainable; provide expert insight during solution design.
• Automate workflows and streamline processes using scripting.
• Plan and implement configuration changes at the OS and application level.
