Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing real estate market research across multiple asset classes in Canada.
• Support draft reports, valuation analyses, memos, and pitches using industry knowledge.
• Assist real estate assurance by reviewing valuation methodologies and assumptions used in financial statements.
• Interact with clients, advisors, and stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with PwC Valuations and Real Assets teams across deals ecosystem.
