PwC Canada is seeking a Co-op in our market leading Deals practice to work on growth, due diligence and value creation projects. You’ll gain hands-on client experience while developing consulting, project management, and coaching skills.

You’ll be exposed to Strategy, Analytics, Corporate Development, Financial Modelling and AI within your first 2 years, with opportunities to align to core skills based on interests and business needs.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in post-secondary education with an interest in consulting and strategy.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with data literacy and AI fluency.
• Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to digital workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy and M&A work on growth, due diligence, and value creation.
• Assist in organisational design, data analytics, and financial model reviews.
