PwC Canada in Toronto is seeking an Associate in our market-leading Deals practice. You’ll gain hands-on client work, learn how businesses operate, and develop value creation and M&A skills.

In this co-op/rotation, you’ll explore Strategy, Analytics, Corporate Development, Financial Modelling, AI, and Operations, with mentorship from senior leaders. This role offers exposure to diverse industries and complex client challenges.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative, analytical, structured problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Data analytics literacy and AI fluency (including effective prompting).
• Interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas.
• Executive presentation and synthesis skills to present our work and findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop consulting skills in Strategy, Analytics, Corporate Development, Financial Modelling, AI, and Operations within the first 2 years.
• Work on growth and turnaround strategies, fully integrated due diligence, organisational design, data analytics, operational excellence, and financial modelling.
