JLL is hiring a Value & Risk Advisory Analyst to join our Toronto team. The role focuses on commercial real estate valuation across multiple asset classes, delivering market research, financial modeling and appraisal analyses for institutional clients.

You will collaborate with senior valuers, employ AI tools to enhance data collection, and develop cash flow projections using ARGUS and Excel, with opportunities for professional growth within a global leader in commercial real estate services.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in Commerce, Real Estate, Economics, Finance or related field.
• 1–2 years in commercial real estate (valuation, brokerage, investment, research or related).
• Candidate status with AIC or pursuing designation with ongoing coursework.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel for financial modeling.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Strong written and verbal communication; travel locally may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market research, cash flow projections and appraisal analyses for institutional-grade assets.
• Use AI tools and automation to improve valuation deliverables.
• Research market fundamentals, comparable transactions and rental data.
• Develop cash flow projections and financial models using ARGUS Enterprise and Excel.
• Ensure data integrity in company databases and assist with property inspections.
• Support acquisition due diligence, asset management valuations and lending needs.
