Job Summary
This position will act as the key individual for executing, analyzing, and underwriting real estate purchase and sale, lease, and M&A transactions in the Americas region for a high-growth global data center company. Focus will be on activities relating to the management of an existing portfolio of office and data center properties located in North and Latin America, financial analysis support to internal teams, and site acquisitions related to new development opportunities.
