In the role of REWS Advisor - Summer Student, you will provide support in governance, project coordination, data management, and operational planning to help drive consistency, efficiency, and high‑quality service delivery across REWS. It’s an excellent job for someone who is organized, collaborative, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn how real estate, workplace services, and enterprise operations come together in a large, complex organization.

Placement Details:

This is an 4 month Summer placement starting in May 2027, located in Calgary, Alberta.

What you will do:
  • Support and maintain REWS long term work plans in excel, project, planner, etc
  • Support Project Management of scheduling, budget, progress updates for project and activity planning
  • Project “health checks” on construction and renovation projects
  • Help build communications templates, playbooks, SharePoint pages.
  • Document “how‑to” process guides for recurring activities (mailrooms, printers, space planning).
  • Gather KPI inputs, validate data sources, and create dashboards or raw tables.
  • Prepare monthly reporting packages.
  • Support data consolidation (people lists, signage inventories, space lists).
  • Build intake and RACI drafts for programs (e.g., RFPs, project intake).
  • Assist in maintaining decisions logs and governance records.
  • Help prepare training resources, consolidate Q&A, or support comms for upcoming system roll outs
Who you are:
  • You are currently enrolled in a full time post‑secondary program studying Civil Engineering, Business, Project Management or equivalent and will be returning to full time school immediately following the work term.
  • Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle and interpret data (e.g., spreadsheets, tracking tools, basic analytics).
  • Strong research and documentation skills, including the ability to develop clear summaries, templates, or process materials.
  • Comfort learning new systems and tools (e.g., SharePoint, project tracking tools, IWMS/Tango).
  • Proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to ask questions and seek clarity.
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Adaptability in a fast‑paced environment, managing shifting priorities as needed.
  • Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridge’s core values (Safety, Integrity, Respect, Inclusion, High Performance).

  • Office based role, located in Calgary
