Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Business/Commerce or related field.
• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term (requirement of all co-op/intern positions).
• You’re a well-rounded person who works well independently and as part of a team.
• You have a strong desire to learn, grow and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Execute more complex transactions and overrides accurately, on time and in line with established guidelines.
• Identify, document, and investigate processes/exceptions arising from transactions/processes beyond first level operations service delivery.
• Coordinate with partners on key initiatives and may act as a project lead/subject matter expert for small-scale projects.
• Refer or escalate processing or operational issues as needed and facilitate resolution to maintain service quality.
• Support partners with inbound and outbound requests and perform adjustments within authority levels.
