We are seeking an MMS Specialist (Managed Mortgage Solutions) in Moncton and would like to connect with you today!

  • Hybrid arrangement: 3 days in office / 2 days from home
  • Monday - Friday (9:30 am - 6:00 pm)
  • Salary: $44,000/year

Responsibilities
  • Providing support to clients by handling calls/requests for service in a friendly and professional manner
  • Reviewing documents sent by lawyers (approximately 90% of your day)
  • Corresponding with banks and law firms regarding pending documents for files when necessary
  • Supporting all clients (lawyers, lenders) with escalations and general inquiries
  • Completing all Post-Closing follow-ups within internal guidelines and addressing any backlogs by the end of the day
  • Updating MOTION with the appropriate file notes for all deals where follow-up was performed
  • Monitoring the follow-up mailbox and processing confirmations and post follow-up documentation
  • Assisting with incoming mail and final documentation when required
Qualifications
  • Experience working in mortgages and law
  • Mortgage documentation experience is an asset
  • Experience in the banking industry preferred
  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Tech-savvy; experience using ActiveOps is an asset
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a strong attention to detail
