Job summary

WP Osborne Executive Search Inc. is seeking a driven Recruiter who thrives in an entrepreneurial, autonomous environment.

You will advise clients and candidates, build meaningful relationships, and leverage market insights to place mid- to senior-level professionals across multiple business functions in Canada. You will operate with a consultative mindset, manage end-to-end recruitment, and contribute to modernizing the function with AI and automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources or a related field is required.
• Proven recruiting experience in an agency, executive search, or internal corporate recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage high-calibre candidates through multiple recruiting channels.
• Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop trusted relationships with candidates and act as a strategic career advisor.
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand business objectives and talent requirements.
• Present qualified candidates with market insights and recommendations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records in ATS/CRM systems.
• Contribute ideas to modernize recruitment via AI, automation and emerging technologies.
