Job summary

Aritzia in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager, Construction Management, to lead the turn‑key delivery of its distinctive spaces from design to occupancy.

You will oversee drawings finalization, plan build schedules, manage contractor budgets, and supervise the General Contractor to ensure on‑time, on‑budget completion.

This role offers exposure to world‑class projects, collaboration across partners, and significant growth opportunities within our Construction team.

The mission of the Construction Department is to build world class spaces to design, on time, and on budget.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As a member of the Construction Department, you will be part of the team responsible for turning our beautiful designs into world class physical spaces. As a Senior Project Manager/Project Manager, Construction Management, you will manage all aspects of the construction of unique projects, partnering closely with both internal and external partners to ensure we successfully deliver projects on time, and on budget. THE ROLE

As the Senior Project Manager/Project Manager, Construction Management, you will:

• Oversee the finalization of the drawings & the entire build, ensuring every aspect of the space is completed to design
• Plan the effort and duration of each stage of the build to ensure it is completed on time
• Secure and manage the budget of the construction contractor for the build at fair market value
• Oversee the General Contractor, validating the build quality and ensuring the build is completed on schedule and on budget.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Project Manager/Project Manager, Construction Management has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in reading and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
