The mission of the Architecture Department is to unite the creative vision, technical execution, and coordinated project delivery under one strategic approach, ensuring every project is thoughtfully designed, documented, and seamlessly delivered.
Aritzia is growing, and our Architecture team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the Improvements team responsible for delivering strategic, well‑coordinated improvements projects that enhance, adapt, and extend the life of our existing physical spaces. As the Designer, Improvements, you will play a key role in translating design intent into accurate, executable documentation that respects existing conditions while evaluating the customer and operational experience. You will help develop layouts, technical details, and coordinated Revit documentation that respond to site constraints, operational continuity, and constructability. Working closely with cross‑functional partners, you will ensure design solutions are feasible, brand‑aligned, and deliverable within active retail environments.
