Job summary

Aritzia in Vancouver is growing its PMO and seeks an Senior IT Project Manager, Space Infrastructure to lead end-to-end technology infrastructure initiatives across workplaces and facilities. You will manage risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholders, partnering with Real Estate, Workplace Operations, Procurement, and contractors to deliver Everyday Luxury technology environments.

A PMP or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications that are an asset to perform in the role, including relevant Project Management experience, PMP, and technical proficiency.
• Solid understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure systems, project management methodologies, and relevant technical tools.

• Ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Project Management Office (PMO) is growing with it. This is a rare opportunity to join the team responsible for responsible for transforming strategy and goals into realized projects that create value for the business. The IT Project Manager, Space Infrastructure, will be responsible for managing the successful execution of initiatives related to the company’s physical space technologies and infrastructure solutions. You will utilize your expertise in project management methodologies to bring together networks and telecommunications, low voltage and structured cabling, specialty workplace equipment and devices, physical security and smart automation, and data centres and cloud services to deliver Everyday Luxury technology infrastructure to our workplaces and facilities. Partnering with Real Estate, Workplace Operations, Procurement, and External Trades and Contractors, you will contribute to the successful delivery of Everyday Luxury workplaces and facilities by representing the objectives of the Cloud & Infrastructure Technology Department. THE ROLE

As the Senior IT Project Manager / IT Project Manager, Space Infrastructure you will:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology infrastructure projects for Aritzia workplaces and facilities, ensuring successful execution against scope, budget, schedule, and business requirements.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, resources, and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes across complex space technology initiatives.
• Drive value creation through quality execution, cost optimization, and continuous improvement of space technology. Lead the business change management across our people and processes to adopt new functional capabilities
• Continually evolve Aritzia project management methodologies and develop the necessary technical capabilities to staff and resource for the highest project success
• Partner with executive stakeholders to champion transformation and change

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior IT Project Manager / IT Project Manager, Space Infrastructure has:

• Proven and best-in-class skills, education, and/or applicable certifications that are an asset to perform in the role, including relevant Project Management experience, PMP, and technical proficiency
• Have a solid understanding of cloud technologies, infrastructure systems, project management methodologies, and relevant technical tools is crucial

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
