As a leader in Experience Production, you will guide the team to translate creative vision into actionable products and bring experiences to life through technical development, ensuring seamless execution from concept through production

THE TEAM

The mission of the Experience Production Department is to accurately translate creative concepts into beautiful, functional, on-time, and cost-effective experiences.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Experience Production team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for developing and managing an operationally seamless production process from creative concept to delivery and installation. As the Senior Development Designer/Development Designer, you will translate aesthetic concepts into industrial drawings for prototyping display components, enabling production to move into manufacturing with efficiency and accuracy. THE ROLE

As the Senior Development Designer/Development Designer, Experience Production, you will lead the team to:

• Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.


• Establish the strategic approach we take for experience production.


• Translate the creative vision into actionable products.


• Bring experiences to life through technical development.


• Enable seamless execution from concept through production.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Development Designer/Development Designer, Experience Production, has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in producing experience displays.


• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
