THE TEAM

The mission of the Real Estate Development Programming Division is to represent the Business Owner to ensure the spaces we design and build will meet their functional requirements.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Programming team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for gathering the functional requirements for our physical spaces on behalf of the Business Owner, delivering the successful completion of high-quality project deliverables, on-time, and with accurate programming. Additionally, the Programming Team will collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders including Operations, Creative Store Design, and the Project Management Office to identify, translate, communicate, and validate programming excellence throughout the development of each project.

THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst, Programming Division, you will:

  • Determine the business needs for our physical spaces and ensure consistency in requirements
  • Provide programming requirements to the design team to inform design decisions
  • Facilitate the alignment of the design to programming requirements
  • Manage programming requirements throughout the build
  • Deliver business-ready, world class spaces
  • Connect, integrate, and organize the Programming Department

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Analyst, Programming Division, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in project and/or operations management and retail
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000-$100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
