You will be part of our Sports Analytics team, providing the UFC game team with data-driven insights, tools, and recommendations to support informed decision-making, driving value for our business and players. This hybrid role is based in Vancouver, B.C., reporting to the Director of Analytics for NHL and UFC.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with your team to understand requirements and scope deliverables
• Guide the game team to be hypothesis-focused and data-driven
• Deliver end-to-end analytics projects and present insights
• Develop dashboards to promote self-service data access
• Contribute to data aggregation for efficient analysis
• Design game telemetry that meets analysis requirements

Qualifications

• A degree in a quantitative discipline (Analytics, Data Science, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics)
• 3+ years of experience in an analytics role performing quantitative analysis
• 1+ years of experience managing projects and analysis plans independently
• Expertise in SQL and extracting data from large sources
• Experience with statistical modeling in Python or R (e.g., regression, clustering)
• Data visualization skills (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

The listed pay ranges reflect EA's expected pay in these locations at the time of posting. If you reside elsewhere, a recruiter will advise on applicable ranges and benefits. Pay is determined based on various factors including education, experience, skills, and location.
