Job summary

Broccolini is seeking a Development Coordinator (Real Estate - ICI) to support industrial, commercial, and institutional projects from due diligence through construction and delivery. You will manage the coordination and documentation layer, ensuring information is organized and delivered on time while liaising with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in real estate development, construction, or a related coordination role.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem solver who asks questions and seeks solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings (asset).

Responsibilities

• Support due diligence and design coordination activities.
• Coordinate tender documentation packages and change orders.
• Track project documentation and organize in the common data environment.
• Assist in land and deal sourcing administrative tasks.
• Participate in design and coordination meetings and travel to project sites as needed.
• Record minutes, track milestones, and support senior leadership throughout development lifecycle.
