Job summary

KW ICON Realty in Ottawa, ON, seeks a full‑time Real Estate Agent to represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial transactions. You will conduct showings, prepare offers, and guide clients through negotiations and closings while prospecting for new business and maintaining client relationships.

You will leverage in-house technology and coaching to meet sales goals, execute marketing plans, coordinate open houses, and ensure timely, accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Valid Real Estate License and knowledge of Real Property principles and regulations.
• Experience in market analysis, property valuation and transaction management.
• Strong sales skills: lead generation, negotiation, closing.
• Excellent customer service with ability to build long-term relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency with real estate CRM tools, listing platforms, and basic digital marketing.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adhere to broker standards and ethics.
• Secondary education completed; additional coursework or certifications in business/marketing/real estate is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Ottawa, ON. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential and/or commercial transactions, including conducting property showings, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through negotiations and closing processes.
